Collection & Return

Express postage is available Aus wide but postage costs are fully covered by customers, including return. Postage is an EXTRA $30 on top of the hire price.

Collection-

  • Shipping cut off day is TUESDAY, for the weekend!
  • Make sure all shipping orders are placed before Tuesday 12pm.
  • Pick up orders are available 48 hours prior to hire date. This can be decided when booking via our website.

Return-

  • Garments are to be returned, shipped or dropped back within 48 hours after hire date. Unless arranged PRIOR to booking.
  • All postal returns must be shipped back using the express postage satchel supplied. This should be lodged by 3pm the next business day!

Damages

You are responsible for ALL DAMAGES to garments!

If any damages occur, you’re required to PAY for ALL repairs, alterations, AND any additional cleaning feeds.

These damages can be but are not limited to:

  • Rips/tears
  • Heels marks
  • Stains that take additional cleaning or an extra dry clean
  • These payment/invoices will be sent for authentication.

If there is a hire straight after you and you have damage the dress, you may or may not need to pay for the hire lost and the inconvenience on us and the other client who has lost the ability to wear the dress.

Damages beyond repair-

  • If you have damaged a garment enough that we are not able to do anything to fix, repair or clean it, you must pay the full replacement cost of the garment.

Refunds & Late Fees

Late fees, Refuns & Store Credits are not taken lightly. We take this very seriously and everything is NON-NEGOTIABLE!

Late Fees-

  • If your hire has not been returned/shipped within the 48 hours period… a non-negotiable late fee of $15 per day applies!
  • In the event of a late return, if the item is unavailable for the next schedules client, you will be held responsible and required to cover the full hire fee for the affected booking.

Refunds & Store Credits-

  • Refunds are not issued under any circumstances unless discussed with us prior.
  • If your event is cancelled OR item doesn’t fit we will issue a STORE CREDIT valid for 1 year.

Condition & Care

  • Please not all dresses have previously been worn! We try our best to keep all our pieces in perfect condition.
  • Be mindful of fake tan, perfumes and makeup.
  • Please let us know of any stains and damages before your return! (Photos is possible, via email or DM)

Try Ons

All try ons are booked via Instagram DM @coastal.dresshiree

  • Try ons requires $10 DEPOSIT, redeemable on hires booked at appointments. The fee is NON REFUNDABLE for cancellations and no shows.
  • All try ons are 30 minutes long unless discusses with us prior. If you are late, the time is taken off your try on slot.
  • Please be mindful of makeup, fake tan and dirtying/damaging the garment when trying on.
