Shipping policy

Please note: Any orders made after the postal cut off date (3 business days before the start of your rental date) are at the customer’s own risk. We will do our best to get the garment to arrive on time but we are not responsible if it does not and no refunds or store credits will be provided.

Please be advised that if you have rented a garment via express postage, you will receive a tracking notification via the email provided once the order has been fulfilled. Therefore, it is important to check your emails regularly, including your spam folder.

Your order will come with a spare prepaid express postage satchel that you are able to use to return your order on the agreed date. Please be aware that if a garment is returned late, a late fee of $20 a day will be incurred. To avoid late fees, please ensure you take the parcel into an Australia Post Office to be scanned in correctly and please avoid using Australia Post street box.

Additionally, postage fees are a flat rate of $30. This fee includes the price of 2x express post shipping satchels (1x used for delivery & 1x used for return). Your return satchels will arrive in your garment delivery for you to use to return.
